How to do a facial at home! I am using PCA Skin Care, but you can use any other brands too, as long as you are comfortable with them and know it will be right for the skin you are working on.

You will need:

You will need: Cotton rounds to apply remove products. Bowl of warm water. Disposable Gloves. Facial Steamer (if available) to open up the pores for better product penetration.

Face wash or gentle exfoliant. I do not recommend harsh mechanical exfoliants, better chemical gentle exfoliants that has acids like AHA or enzymes.

Toner to balance skins PH. Toners restore skins acid mantle, the natural protective skins barrier.

Mask, preferably hydrating or anti-aging, brightening or mix of both.

Nu Face, Micro Current, or LED devices or High Frequency for added anti aging and regenerating benefits.

Serums, for brightening, hydrating, calming or anti acne, anti aging or whatever is appropriate for the person.

Retinol based cream for evening skin texture, color and shrinking the pores.

Moisturizer for Face and Neck.

Lip moisturizer and eye cream.

Sunscreen.
